Pair of 1970s Thayer Coggin Chrome Swivel Lounge Chairs

A striking pair of vintage swivel lounge chairs by Thayer Coggin, one of the most important names in American modern furniture. Dating to approximately the 1970s, the chairs feature sculptural, architectural silhouettes upholstered in their original richly textured burnt-orange fabric—a quintessential color of the era.

Each chair rests on a polished chrome four-star base and swivels smoothly through a full 360 degrees.
